THREE WAYS TO PROVIDE TESTIMONY
- Email your testimony to counciltestimony@kauai.gov and copy the mayor at Mayor@kauai.gov.
- Reference Item or Bill
- Send before midnight on day before the meeting
- Mail a letter or postcard in time to arrive by Date of Meeting to:

- Provide oral testimony to the Council via zoom on Date of Meeting, at the Committee meeting. To do this:
- Send your request to testify to cokcouncil@kauai.gov (or call 808-241-4188) before 7 a.m. on Date of Meeting. Best to do several days ahead.
- Include your name, phone, email.
- In the subject line of your email, put: “Zoom Testimony Request for the Reference Item or Bill.”
- Make sure you download the Zoom app prior to the meeting. Best to do that before the day of the meeting.
- You will receive a link and instructions on how to testify around 8 am on Date of Meeting.
- The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. when you will be admitted for testimony.
- After your oral testimony, you can continue watching the meeting via live stream at www.kauai.gov/webcastmeetings.
